I’m sure you saw this coming but the aforementioned outlet does exist. The outlet comes in the form of old vending machines. The Sticker Project vending machines are placed in various places in Pembrokeshire so that passing art lovers can insert a shiny coin in return for a ball containing a custom sticker, designed by an artist especially for the project, and a QR code. A QR code that links directly to the artists page on the Sticker Project website. So not only will you be holding a fantastic piece of art that you can stick on something or someone, but you will be fully informed about the artist as well.
